The past few days I have been figuring out the website. Exploring around. Unlocking its secrets. Ms.Lara is right…it is a very large site. Lots of layers and options. And there is so much good information in the Support section and FAQs. That has helped me figure out how to download successfully. The clearing the cache before trying to open logged in pages made all the difference.
