      Yesterday, I became a lifetime gold member thanks to the Mistresses at Femdomtraining.ca for offering a special discounted lifetime rate.

      My goal is to be a better husband to my wife and will focus on the Husband Training files.

      I began by perusing the sight, downloading all the files that I thought would be useful in making me a better husband for easy access.

      I started with Susan’s Level 1 affirmations loop file, then on the way to the pool to swim I listened to Exercise Motivation for Men by Lara to begin my diet to get to my goal weight of 175 from 193.
