As you may have noticed in many of my Summer Holiday photos over the years, my favourite beach is quite rocky at each end. But there is only one size-able rock in the middle … … which actually makes a lovely focal point and has featured in many of my Members photos and videos over the years. After we climbed back up the stairs to the beach road following our discovery of the Abandoned Beach Table from last Sunday’s Sinful post, we continued walking towards the local Tavernas for our evening meal, when we came across these abandoned chairs and metal cabinet. I can only assume they came from the same place as that table down on the sand. I did think of calling out to the gentleman who had just jogged by, if he knew where they came from but Hubby said he already looked to be struggling with the heat and it was best not to disrupt his rhythm! Hello everyone it’s Modesty Ablaze … back on my favourite Grecian Island for my summer 2024 holidays. And, if you’ve been following my pages here for any length of time, you will know that it’s become something of a tradition for me to film a short video telling you about my latest clips at Make Love Not Porn. But this year it’s actually been just too hot to do much filming out on the beach. It’s been absolutely lovely of course, but just far too hot. Even at dusk, with the sun slowly sinking, it has still been very hot and sticky most nights. So we’ve been going out for an evening stroll before setting off for the Tavernas at the end of the beach. And last night we came upon this abandoned table that had been left down on the sand, presumably because someone couldn’t be bothered to carry it back up the narrow steps to the road from where it must have come! A good morning Boobday from my holiday pool … snapped early in the morning before the other apartment residents are awake (or at least before they begin popping down with their towels for the sunbeds!!!) Now off down to the beach for our own stretch of sand … where we don’t have to worry about upsetting people with our enjoyment of not having to wear bathing-costumes!!! Being away on vacation gives me lots of relaxing, and tingling time, to mentally scroll through lots and lots of lovely and thrilling memories over the years.
