So I paid to “Upgrade to Gold Membership” Thursday night. At the time it said that activating my membership could take up to 24 hours (but often takes less) because membership activation is done manually. It is currently Saturday morning, approximately 36 hours after the payment was processed, and my account is still not upgraded.
I have sent an email to support requesting resolution and will post status here.
Truly looking forward to continuing my training and hoping for the best

Don’t hold your breath. I’m fairly certain all admins are afk. When I upgraded to lifetime, I was charged twice. I emailed support multiple times but never got a response. I don’t think there’s anyone still running the site. Even the “Lara M” emails are sent on a loop. Ive received them long enough that they’ve started over multiple times
