Start with his level 3 affirmations first here.

After he has received 10 strikes to his bottom for those affirmations, you read these ones and strike him each time after you recite yours.  This will be for a total of 20 strikes to start each day with.

1. The housework is your job, and I will help you when I feel like it.
2. You will cook 5 nights a week for me, and it better be good.
3. You will vacuum our place twice per week immaculately.
4. You will clean our bathrooms once a week from top to bottom
5. All the laundry is your job, and like my panties hand washed.
6. You will redo any work that I do not feel is up to my standards.
7. You will shine my shoes once per week.
8. You will dedicate one day specifically for a top to bottom clean of our complete place.
9. You will wear a buttplug on your cleaning day for 24 hours.
10. On cleaning day, when you are finished, you will lick me to orgasm with no chance of release for you.

Repeat these daily until the above affirmations have become a reality.
