I have not met my weight goal of 215 lbs in the past 3 weeks, so now the punishment is ramping up to every morning at weigh in time. I get 1 hit for every .1 of a lb that I am over. Today I got 38 strokes, and then she added a few of her own for things over the past few days. I took a pretty good beating today, and I love her more than ever.

I need to be held accountable for not hitting goals. I am the luckiest man in the world to have a wife that delivers that.
